What's your cancellation policy?
We fully appreciate the need for flexibility in our clients’ hectic schedules and respect how valuable their time is. We make every attempt to accommodate client schedules and would ask that you, as a client do the same. If you must reschedule or cancel your appointment, please notify your service provider at least 24 hours in advance.
Do you sell Gift Certificates/Gift Cards?
If you purchase a Gift Certificate/Gift Card directly from your service provider, please note… that Gift Certificate/Gift Card can only be used with that service provider. All of our service providers are booth renters (they run their own business) and NOT employees of Thrive Salon & Spa. If that service provider decides to move his or her business to another location, Thrive Salon & Spa is not liable to either provide the service or issue a refund.
Can I bring my children?
Children are not allowed on the styling floor unless they are having a service performed, including infants in strollers or carriers. Don’t get the wrong idea – we love kids, but the salon is not a good place for them. The last thing we want is to drop a bowl of chemicals, a pair of scissors, or a hot flat iron into your baby’s lap.
Can I bring my pet?
We love our pets. But… as a consideration to ALL of our clients we ask that you leave your pets at home. If you require a service animal, of course they are allowed. But only Registered Service Animals please.
What is your return policy on products?
Returns or exchanges of unopened or defective products are never an issue. Defective products are products that don’t work because the bottle is leaking, the sprayer won’t spray, etc. Basically you can’t use it as intended. We will be happy to swap it out. Returns of opened, unsaleable products you don’t like or would like to exchange for another product will be refunded or exchanged within 10 days of purchase with original receipt.
